The DomoLytik, Institut für Gebäude- und Innenraumanalytik GmbH is the complete provider for the assessment and analysis of biological, chemical, fibrous and particulate indoor pollutants and physical impairments in residential and office buildings. We evaluate existing or suspected hazardous loads such as mold, bacteria, wood-destroying fungi, odors, wood preservatives, PCBs, PAHs, asbestos, artificial mineral fibers, dust and particulate matter in order to minimize health risks for residents and building users. Preventive we advise constructional or refurbishment willing property owners how health hazards in new construction to avoid or be minimized in the existing property. Our activity encompasses consulting, health-optimized building design, supervision of planning specifications, the documentaion the work and the final analysis.
