In March 2002 TOSCOLAPI was established and the company’s focus was the distribution of chemicals to industries of different fields, but particularly to the tanning industries. The company resulted from the alliance between Figli di Guido Lapi S.p.A. and Toscochimica S.p.A.; two companies that started their activities about fifty years ago, which became nowadays two leading companies in their fields, respectively in the tanning and in the textile sector, not excluding the paper, the pharmaceutical, and the effluent treatment fields.
