About Jeol

Since 1949, JEOL has been one of the great innovators and developers of instruments used for scientific and technological development. JEOL now has almost 60 years of experience in the field of electron microscopy, and more than 20 years in Mass Spectrometry and NMR.

In 1973, at the National Institute of Pediatrics in Mexico City, the first JEOL electron microscope was installed. It was soon joined by other major educational and research institutions such as the Postgraduate College in Chapingo (1973), the UNAM Institute of Marine Sciences and Limnology (1975; the first Scanning Electron Microscope JEOL in Mexico) and the Institute of Physics (1975), and many companies from private industry.

In 1991, JEOL USA Inc. established a subsidiary in Mexico to successfully meet the needs of service and technical support to customers. JEOL MEXICO SA DE CV, has now become the number one provider of electronic microscopes, thanks to its excellent service, technical advice and the high quality of its instruments.

The Philosophy of JEOL DE MEXICO is to support our customers with a stable structure, experience, and ongoing collaboration.

JEOL DE MEXICO is the hub of communication between our customers and downtown development and manufacture of JEOL located in Akishima, Tokyo, Japan, and our mission is to provide real support and efficiently based on a global structure to serve our customers.
