About Toho Tenax
Toho Tenax Europe GmbH is the leading manufacturer of carbon fibers in Europe. With a total number of 330 workers and employees we are represented in two cities in the western part of Germany. While the divisions Development & Laboratories and Marketing & Sales are located in Wuppertal, around 3,400 tons of carbon fiber a year are manufactured on three lines on our Heinsberg-Oberbruch production site. Since 1986, Tenax® carbon fiber has been produced under the licence of our Japanese parent company Toho Tenax Co., Ltd. The close cooperation with the other companies of the Toho Tenax Group allows us to offer the complete range of latest high-performance carbon fibers. Therefore, we will be able to offer you solutions for diversified applications.
