The AVENTUS GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer of packaging systems for industrial applications with headquarters in Warendorf near Münster in north-western Germany.

Founded in 2018, AVENTUS is the joint venture company of the world market leaders HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER. We unified both parent companies in our motto "Perfect Combination of Competence and Technology" and have also combined this in our company name. The Latin word Avena means Hafer (oats in English) while Ventus stands for Wind (wind in English).

Our company name symbolizes on the one hand our connectedness to our roots and also our high regard for the respective company traditions. Furthermore, AVENTUS refers to our strengths. As an independent subsidiary of companies with decades of experience, we embody qualities such as focusing, flexibility and dynamism in the spirit of an innovative start-up.
