HERBRAND PharmaChemicals GmbH was conferred from Riemser Arzneimittel to Braun Beteiligungs GmbH (BBG – registered office in Greifswald) in autumn 2011. The BBG/Braun-Group holds majority interests in pharmaceutical and food industries.
